Origin:
Bred by Samuel Davidson McGredy III (United Kingdom, 1929).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Betty Sutor'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, darker veining, rose-pink reverse, lighter edges.  Moderate, tea fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Glossy, light green, dense foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.
