'Amelia Earhart' rose Reviews & Comments

Tall, upright twiggy bush here in inland Southern California. Needs good watering in hot dry weather. Best flower quality and coloration in cooler temperatures, but still tough in heat. Flowers are slow to open, and persist for a week in cool weather. Light yellow fading to cream in higher temps and light, but picks up peachy pink tones in cool weather. Scent is moderate to my nose, not the typical fruity quality of other Pernetiana children; more like a sweet tea rose scent.
