Origin:
Bred by Gareth Fryer (1948-....) (United Kingdom, before 1990).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Moderate fragrance.  25 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 39" (100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

Fryer's Roses says Especially for You is a magnificent yellow hybrid tea with a strong and memorable perfume. The colour is a bright unfading mimosa yellow and the flowers are large and well formed. This rose is a winner of a Trial Ground certificate awarded by the Royal National Rose Society...
