This rose is very heat tolerant, disease resistant and a real survivor. Makes good cut flowers, very pretty and high centered. A very good rose.

I forgot to add that this rose is very shade tolerant. Gets 3-4 hours sun a day and still has continuous bloom. Amazing! Must be because it has hybrid musk (Eva) in its ancestry.

Does anyone know the hardiness and disease resistency of Confetti rose (aka - AROjechs)?
Any other info on this rose would be appreciated. Where can it be purchased? Thank you.

Mike........

If you look at the parentage tree under linage, you can see that 'Confetti' is the result of breeding of many roses that are considered to be 'tender' and not cold hardy. My guess, is that even though the rose page indicates that it is cold hardy to zone 6, that the rose would still be considered very tender in that zone. As for disease resistency, I haven't grown the rose, so I can't give you any information about that part of your question.

If you click the BUY FROM tab at the upper right hand portion of the rose page and drop down, you will see a listing of several nurseries which have indicated that they carry this rose in their inventory.

Smiles,
Lyn

Thank you so much Lyn for your kind response. I do live in Dallas, Tx area which is zone 7. So that should be ok. Seldom gets below 20 degrees F and only for short periods. This rose was used at my mother's funeral a number of years ago, so it is kinda special and beautiful. I will click on the Buy From section of the site. I just discovered this site and it is GREAT!. Again, your info and help is appreciated. ....Mike
