'Champion of the World' ('Hermosa' x 'Magna Carta') ...a hybrid perpetual, appeared to be less closely related to 'Hermosap than 'Burbank'. The cultivar to which it appeared to be most closely related was 'Rose Edouard'. The parentage of 'Magna Carta' is not known.
