Bred by Chen Dezhong (China, before 1992).
Introduced in China by Dr. Cheng Fangyun in 1994 as 'Hei Xuan Feng'.

Bloom:

Purple, dark purple flares. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 5.5". Medium bloom form. Early.

Habit:

Upright. 15 leaflets.

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
