Dear Helpmefind,
I am a gigantic fan of your site! I refer to it at least every day, and send my customers here all the time, and they rave about it.

I recently renewed my membership, but I keep seeing popups asking me to join. Am I a premium member, or not? I am confused! I seem to have several identities on the site. Is only one a premium member?

Also, I just got an email saying that another member wanted me to check his/her wishlist against my availability. I do not know how to do this, and when I clicked the link in the email, it did not take me to where I could do that. I would like to help this person find her roses!

Please help clarify.

Yes, you have a premium membership - thank you. The pop up you are seeing is asking if you would consider sponsorship for your nursery. Sponsorship adds many advanced features to your HelpMeFind listing to better promote your nursery to all HelpMeFind visitors. Sponsorship also includes a free member upgrade to premium member status so we would prorate your premium membership into your sponsorship extending it. See the "Sponsorship" menu item for complete details.

Thanks for the response, I will put the sponsorship question to my boss.

As for the second question. How do I respond to that member's request to check her wish list? Even when I am signed in, the link in your first email to me only takes me to my own listing.

Help me help her (him?)!

That's a feature only available to sponsor listings.
