hello, everybody I read all your responses regarding The Los Angeles Rose. Thank you for your Great comments. Once again i am on another mission if you will. The Cecile Brunner. Most often a climber but I am looking for it in the BUSH form, PEACH color, not the standard light pink. A wonderful person sent me cuttings of the General MacArthur, British Queen and they're doing fine. Again you for the cuttings.

Well, the difficulty is, Mlle Cecile Brunner IS the standard light pink. It doesn't come in any colors but that pink or a white mutation. Perhaps you mean Perle d'Or? http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/l.php?l=2.4755 It is similar to Mlle. Cecile Brunner, but apricot colored.

And, is this a situation where you require multiple plants of larger size, ready for installation, or are small, rooted plants in small pots appropriate?

It may be worth checking the listing for 'Mme Jules Thibaud' - said to be a sport (or sort) of 'Mlle Cecile Brunner' but resembling 'Perle d'Or' more closely.

Another rose to look at is Opal Brunner. I know she is categorized as a climber, which might make her unsuitable to your needs, but her color might trump that, and she seems to be a whole lot less overwhelming in her vigor than Cecile.
