Hello, I paid for the upgrade yesterday morning (March 30th) and I still do not have access to the premium features. Is there something else I need to do to get access? I would greatly appreciate some help as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Logging out and logging back in again sometimes fixes it. If a red star appears by your name, it worked.

You have two HMF member accounts (FAYRUZA LALANY & fayfay17) and your membership upgrade was applied to the original account - thank you for your support!

We can combine the two account: We just need to know which account you want to keep. Meanwhile, if you sign into the other account you will see the your membership upgrade. We look forward to hearing from you.
