well, I just went back to your website and now it is working - very strange. I don't care who what or why - it's working now. Thank you for your reply

Nonetheless, it would be helpful for us to be sure there is not an issue to address, possibly a minor random problem. Can you tell us more about the original problem please.

I went to the search box and typed in the words President Herbert Hoover.
Clicked on the top selection for President Herbert Hoover.
The description for PHH showed up
Pressed the tab for "lineage" and no lineage showed up.
Then went through the same above steps to look up Tiffany and the same thing happened
