Hi, I've had problems with my membership in the past. I just renewed. How long before my account shows that I am a premium member? Thanks.

It should be immediate. It's likely an issue with having multiple HMF member accounts. Do you remember when you did the membership update. We will need to collect all the details to see why the update was not immediate.

Hi. I cannot see how to contact support directly on HMF. Can you let me know? Thank you. I upgraded my subscription 9/8/2019 late afternoon, early evening, EST.

Please use the Contact page as noted by Patricia. That contact form is not shared with the public so please include the name and email address used when you made the upgrade payment so we can track down where the payment went - presumably to a duplicate HMF member account for you.
