Hello, I paid for the upgrade yesterday morning (March 30th) and I still do not have access to the premium features. Is there something else I need to do to get access? I would greatly appreciate some help as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Logging out and logging back in again sometimes fixes it. If a red star appears by your name, it worked.

You have two HMF member accounts (FAYRUZA LALANY & fayfay17) and your membership upgrade was applied to the original account - thank you for your support!

We can combine the two account: We just need to know which account you want to keep. Meanwhile, if you sign into the other account you will see the your membership upgrade. We look forward to hearing from you.

Hell. I paid On 2/22/2025 for the premium membership, but today I tried to enter and the premium membership was not working. So I payed again. But then I realized that the first payment via Pay Pal was sent. So now I payed twice but still can’t access as a premium member. Can you fix it, please ?

I've noticed that the Climbing Bell Siebrecht is listed with the discovery by William Paul. However, a New York Times article debuted the flower by Henry Siebrecht of Rose Hill Nurseries in New Rochelle, New York in 1895. The flower is named after his daughter, Isabelle Siebrecht. For over 25 years, I lived on the Siebrecht property. I have a copy of the article.
Please feel free to reach out to me.

Please see the note to the rose 'Belle Siebrecht' and the references. The rose was bred by Alexander Dickson in 1892 as 'Mrs. W. J. Grant', but introduced in USA in 1895 as 'Belle Siebrecht' by Siebrecht & Wadley / Rose Hill Nurseries. The climbing sport of 'Belle Siebrecht' was discovered years later in 1899 by William Paul's nursery.
