This is the caption of that photo: Cod. 03125 Pippy (Barni 1993) Barpipp. Fiori doppi, molto eleganti, rosa vivo al fondo dei petali e sfumatura di rosso carminio all’orlo degli stessi. Ottima vegetazione con fitto fogliame lucido. Rifiorente e leggermente profumata. Altezza cm 40/45.

In the Barni catalogues 1993-1994 and 1994-1995 the same photo and the same caption identified a rose named Bambolina (cod. 03100) Barbol that, apparently, lately was renamed Pippy.

PS. A registration request for the trade mark Bambolina was filed in1993 but no registration is reported (?). In 1995 a registration for Pippy was filed and the trade mark was registered.
