I grow over 350 different types of roses in zone 4b/New Hampshire. I love ALL roses and am continuing to add to my collection each year. I grow every type of rose that will survive my zone 4 winters..... but the old roses are my first loves. They are what got me interested in growing roses because of their hardiness and ease of culture. I grow species roses, found roses, old roses, Austin & modern shrub roses, floribundas, hybrid teas, rugosas, and miniatures. I haven't met a rose yet that I didn't find beauty in! My husband and I enjoy searching old cemeteries all over our state and beyond for old roses to take cuttings of....we take great pleasure in helping to save these wonderful survivors and return each year to care for the mother plants. I am quickly running out of room on my small acre, but the love and quest for more roses is always motivating me to find more space! Roses have brought so much joy and beauty to my life and I am pleased to share my pictures so that others can enjoy them also. I am always adding more photos each year, so this collection of photos is a work in progress. Happy Gardening!
