Since struggling in its first year due to late Spring frost damage, Rainbow Niagara has been an outstanding garden rose. Very vivid color in cooler weather, and it is producing blooms still in early November. Upright plant that for me has reached 5 feet tall. No disease either. The only thing lacking is more fragrance.
Still available at Palatine in what will be Palatine's last bare root rose season
