This does not look like 'Warm Welcome'. The colour is far to pale.

'Warm Welcome' is smaller bright orange and semi-double.

Indeed — I looked at the actual flower after your comment Andrew, and the flower isn't right either.

Everything is wrong about it, the new growths should be a distinctive dark red and the leaves narrower darker and pointed. It's a pretty rose but 'Warm Welcome', it ain't.
