We are a social cooperative working in the San Giovanni Rosegarden Park, in Trieste (Italy). In the about Park's 20ha we have planted about 3.000 different varieties of rose (and a total amount of about 6.000 plants of roses), since 2005, about when the Public Administration started the requalification of the former Psychiatric Hospital of the Province of Trieste. Nowadays it is a public park with a huge number of roses, mantaneid by our gardeners, some of whom coming from the disease area. The park and the rosegarden are always open to visitors!
We have database and maps of the flowerbeds, and often use this website to check our varieties, so thank you very much for what you are doing!
