Looks like 'Tournament of Roses' Barbara Bush is a lighter blend of pinks, and the foliage is large, not so glossy. Also, BB does not have a dark petal reverse, and she tends to be very prickly everywhere.

Completely the wrong rose. Although Fandango is a parent of Circus which is yellow and color changing an therefore the grandparent of roses that look like the one pictured here, Fandango is NOT yellow. Fandango is brilliant scarlet-carmine with a long, tapered bud and matte olive green foliage. The photo posted by Zambra is exactly spot-on. This rose pictured here is NOT Fandango.

I took the photos down. Sorry about the incorrect photos, my plant was labeled as Fandango and obviously labeled wrong.

We've all been caught by roses that arrived mislabelled, and by fools who think it's witty and original to move labels in public gardens.
