Bought a house in the redwoods. Not a whole lot of sun, not a whole lot of dirt... Whole lot of fun, though! I have some roses, Japanese maples, spring bulbs, lilies, camellias, and (so far) 1 hydrangea. It's very much a work in progress, as I learn what grows here happily, and what dies here happily. Learning to accept that what dies here isn't meant to be. Waiting with baited breath to see which roses will bloom in what sun they have, and how big and happy they'll get.
