Souvenir de Philemon Cochet and Pierette Pavement roses, Palmer, Alaska, 2019. Both quite hardy in our formerly USDA z.3 gardens. We have been upgraded to z.4. The Pavement rose is at least 6 to 7 ft. tall. Both were acquired from Cornhill Nursery, who has outstanding own root roses.
