Is Gilbert Nabonnand disease resistant, blooms often and what situation does it like to grow?
Will it grow along a 4ft fence in full sun?

Yes, most definitely. Gilbert Nabonnand is very healthy, and blooms, blooms, blooms. It has a nice, fresh fragrance as well. And yes, It should do well in full sun along a 4 foot fence. It is a great thornless rose.
