I recently ordered this rose & expect it to be delivered in the spring. I noticed while looking at the various photos posted that the bloom varies in appearance (some blooms have more yellow or more pink) Is it just random or are there specific environmental/soil conditions that contribute to whether the blooms are paler or darker, etc. If so, What factors can influence color intensity & variance? Thanks.

The original Peace rose was a soft amber yellow with the edges coloured soft rose red. In a rose nursery when they select a mother plant to take the bud eyes off for grafting, if the person knows that Peace is supposed to be amber and rose then they will only take bud eyes off that coloured bush. However if the employee does not know the bush with a washed out yellow is not a good Peace rose and takes bud eyes off it, you will have a poor coloured specimen. When that poor colour is sold to another nursery that thinks it is a perfect Peace rose and uses it as a mother plant, then the problem continues on.

I noticed a lot of color variation in the photos posted. What causes it? Can this be affected by environmental factors like climate or soil? Would particularly humid weather cause the blooms to be more or less pink on the edges? I am just curious, if it is random or if color can be altered by minute changes in soil chemistry & climate.

All bloom colour is afftected by soil, weather and time of year. Also if the budding was done by a person who didn't know exactly what a Peace rose looked like and use bud eyes from a poor or even different coloured plant, then that also will effect colouring.
