2013 mid-summer in Ohio, I purchased 3 Francis Meilland from J&P. All three didn't make through harsh winter of 2014. Is anyone sue J&P yet for unavailable method of grafting?

2nd year of Carefree Wonder from Home Depot it become 4' tall 3' wide bush, extreme hardy, it re-bloom very well, love cool summer time, good choice for Zone 4-5, It bloom from late April to late November.
