Looking for the name of a rose that i purchased 25 years ago that was white and stayed white unless kissed by the sun. then it would turn red.

looking for the name of a rose and where i an purchase another. Bought a rose 25 years ago that was white and stayed white unless kissed by the sun
then it would turn red from tips to center.
please help me I'm getting really frustrated. I purchased this rose at the flowerland in Grand Rapids on 28th street
