A bright gold center and lots of stamens make this a cheerful russet rose. Like most roses of this shade, it's hard to capture the smoky blend of red, orange, magenta, and lavender. To me, the flower is not as pink as many photos show. The blooms cluster closely on upright stems long enough to cut.

A little beaten by rain, but gives some idea of the unusual, soft pumpkin flowers. A warm and agreeable color, especially against the leaves, which I would call darker than medium green.

Dec 2007 Manor, Texas. It's hard to believe the saffron gold color is real, but this photo is very accurate.

The color fades as flowers age from left to right in this photo. It doesn't turn pink as fast as I thought it would, but by the end, each flower is fairly washed out. An interesting effect, once you get used to it. Like Easy Going and Living Easy, it seems so far to make more singles than many floribundas, which is good for cutting. The foliage is spotless so far.
