Have you tried contacting the "World Federation of Rose Socities" directly? They keep track of these trials on:
http://www.worldrose.org/trials/trials00.html
and might also have information on any websites.

Hi Jedmar,
thanks for your response - yes I have contacted World Federation and they directed me to a list of trial gardens (not all of them), with email addresses (not websites), so I have emailed them directly.
