Is anyone growing Elle in a cool, moist climate (summers)? I know some roses, such as Tiffany and Tournament of Roses, do best in heat. Is this one of those?

Yes, I grow Elle in Cologne (Germany) where summers are usually not very hot and rather humid. It does very well and I love its fragance. Barbara
