Yes, absolutely, but the problem is, that the account-id linked to our page here has been lost and we don't know what email address we've been using.
The account I am writing with is a new account, created last week.
Could you eventually transfer the profile to this account? Do you need any veryfication via fax or phone or email to do so?

Sorry for the delay. What can you tell us about the old account ? Did you upload any photos or make any comments we look up. Do you remember part of the email address used. The more you can tell us the easier for us to combine the old account with the new. We await your response.
