This bush was present when I purchased this home in 1999, it appears to be a climbing rose which produces long slender branches, it is a floribunda flower and has a light pink to white petal with a hint of yellow at the base of the bud. The diameter of the full bloom flower is 3 inches and has a petal count of 70 to 80 petals it emits a very fragrant fruit like aroma.

The color of leaves are of a light green shade they are medium size and produce a 5 leaf set 3 leaflets down the stem, there are sparse small thorns, almost thorn less, on the bush.

It blooms prolific through out the spring and summer and then fades off in early fall.

Hi could this be John Crossley? I don't see it listed on the site but Random House Book of Roses lists it as a Floribunda. The photos of the rose and bud in this book look very similar. Good luck Jody

Jody
I did a search of the internet for a John Crossley rose and didn't get any hits on this particular name, I was wondering if there is a different spelling of the name?

Hi. I saw John Crossley in the Random House Book of Roses, 1988 edition, in the Floribunda section. Sorry, this is how they spell it. They say very little.
" A Hybrid Tea raised by Wheatcroft in 1978. parentage: unrecorded". Sorry I can't be of more help. Jody
