Sorry, I've had it since 2001 and it is Scipion Cochet.

As I looked at the two pictures in this Scipion Cochet folder there appears to be two very different roses, and yours appears to match the Midnight Blue, but then I have been mistaken in my recognition of roses. I have the Midnight Blue and your picture looked very similar to mine, when I purchased my rose it was labeled Arizona, which I wanted, and when it bloomed I noticed the difference of blooms between the two roses. Although I did take another look at the Midnight blue and as I see it mine is not that rose, so I guess I have some more searching to do. If yours is a Scipion Cochet then I would assume mine to be the same as yours, perhaps you could share some more pictures of your rose.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
