I don't know if it was ever available in the U.S. Mine was purchased from Palatine in Canada, and I just checked their website and see that it appears to be currently available from them:

I would note that the roses I've purchased from Palatine have been among the best bare root roses I've purchased from any rose nursery anywhere.
