Yes , but it has a much more "tidy" and reserved growth for me , and the leaves they are shinny green , they stand out.

Yes, tidy is one of the features Thérèse Bugnet can't be accused of. It's growth/habit is a bit messy and most of the time leaning towards the direction, you don't want it to. And yes, it has a bit of a Rugosa appearance as for foliage.
Me my self, I like this stubborn/obstinate/wayward rose. And once in a while, if the conditions are right, it surprises/rewards you with a lovely scent.
On the other hand: if You love tidy, shiny and T.B.... This is the one!

I don't mind wayward either I grow a few monsters... for example Agnes ... now 3 meters high with the most crinkled foliage but its fragrances is something else...

Agnes doesn't thrive over here at the place she's located at.
Wanted her to frighten/keep out trespassers, but she stays tiny. I bought a budgrafted-one.
Maybe she needs to be on own root to become a (barb-wired) monster.
