Yes, you are 100% correct, thank you, the photo at the site, looks just like it. because if next door's root from underground, came up to my side, got to be the unwanted suckers, it is a tough rose & I like the dark red colour, reminds me of Alain Blanchard, old garden rose, can be parent of new breed then, wish I know how to mix & breed, Do you think I should throw it away?

When I see the photo's and read the comments from other HMF visitors/members, even though this rose just blooms once, almost all are positive and in full bloom it looks awesome.
You might use it as an understock and budgraft it Yourself with a wanted/desired rose or one You like in Your own, neighbour's or friend's garden.
How to breed/pollinate is written several times on HMF, maybe in the Glossary.
Or try and Google/search for films or photo's as illustration/education. But other members might help or advise You.
If You want to keep it, is and remains Your own choice!

Thank you very much for your inspired info.
I will keep this rose, be brave to learn how to "create" another rose? it almost is a mission impossible.
But the reward is very tempting!
