I'd be curious to know how old this rose is. Mine towers up over my head and most of its flowers are visible primarily to the clouds. I wonder if yours is just young or if you have been more adept at keeping it within boundaries.

Susan,
You're right - this rose has been planted here bare-root only two years ago. Now it's about two meters tall, and I wonder what will happen next season - perhaps it will act the same way as yours? Or maybe we have to bend the branches a little, so they grow horizontally?
In worst case, I will be admiring it from the balcony :-)
