No way is this Mrs. B.R. Cant! Colouring is far too bright and too blue. Foliage too, should be more spaced and not so delicate. The centre of the Mrs. B. R. C. flower is far more subtle in colouring, with many different PALE shades, quite dull, compared to this photo.

It does look a bit unusual but I think it could be correct. The growth habit is a bit atypical for the variety but I think the character is still there. Cultivars can sometimes look quite different depending on growing conditions.

We avoid using the term "No Way" as we've often been surprised at the level of variation (as Roberts suggests) possible depending on the environment.
