The Pink Freedom hedge rose is an exclusive from Spring Hill Nursery. Pink Freedom has all of the trouble-free qualities of the original Red Freedom — both were developed to be disease and insect resistant.

Spring Hill has built much of its recent reputation on innovative roses, from its red Freedom Hedge Rose to such exclusives as the Angela Lansbury, Audrey Hepburn and Peggy Lee roses. This year, the Freedom Hedge is branching out to pink, which blooms from late spring to frost. The plants, bred for their resistance to insects and disease, grow four to six feet tall and three feet wide. The new red cascade mini-hedge rose, designed to edge steps and walkways, blooms all season with one-inch double blossoms.
