'Phoebe' (originally 'Olivia Austin'). (Ausnotice). This was in the first group of introductions in 2004 and is now only available in the United States of America. It has large, full-petalled blooms of pure rose-pink, the petals being arranged in a perfect rosette. The fragrance is deliciously fruity.
