This rose (Millesii) is listed on page 146 of Hardy's Catalogue des rosiers cultives au Jardin du Luxembourg

'Millesii' is listed on page 146 of Hardy's 1837 Catalogue des Rosiers cultives au Jardin du Luxembourg (page 66 of Vincent Derkenne's reprint) just after 'Marchesii'. No breeder is given in either case but it is worth noting that Casoretti is most likely the breeder of the latter as you note in your BREEDER list (Manetti lists 'la marchese" as being in the Desio garden in 1836) and since Francesca Milesi (1784-1857) was the wife of Gian Battista Traversi, the garden's owner, he is likely to be the breeder of the former too.
