Disease resistance is good...I like this better than the Double Knockouts I once grew at my old house..

"Varietal denomination: cv. Meipeporia.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The new variety of Rosa hybrida Floribunda rose plant was created by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the product of the cross of the `Meinoiral` variety (non-patented in the United States) and `Kortikel` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `Radrazz` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 11,836). The `Kortikel` variety is marketed under the GOLDEN HOLSTEIN trademark and the `Radrazz` variety is marketed under the KNOCK OUT trademark. "

More Knock Out replicants? :/

It has a bit better powdery mildew resistance then Knockout does in drier climates but it has lost some of Knockouts blackspot resistance to a few of the races. With it being a seedling of Knockout I figure that all of the horizontal resistance that Knockout has was thinned out, and that's why most of Knockout babies crossed with non blackspot resistant cultivars aren't as good as Knockout or Double Knockout itself.

Likely, although DKO has one less resistance than KO itself. With that said, I'd still grow DKO over KO any day, since it is more aesthetic.
