HMF's information about this new rose was evidently gleaned from the New Zealand Rose Review 2012 which erroneously referred to it as 'Pamela Bantrum'. The correct name is 'Pamela Bartrum', syn. 'Pam Bartrum'. It was named in memory of a well known New Zealand rose enthusiast and international judge.
