Reblooming in September? Willam's Double Yellow bloomed normally this year in the spring, but this is the only time it has bloomed again in the fall. Weather has been in the 90s. Plant never pruned. Not fed recently. Deep-watered within the last 2 or 3 weeks. Today this flower was noticed, and it has buds. Very strange! Zone 9b garden, inland empire Southern California.

William's Double Yellow just starting to wake up from its winter rest, leaf out, and produce buds. Plant from Pickering (arrived December 2011) and grafted on R. multiflora. No issues with chlorosis even with alkaline soil and water.
