A correction, it was The Limes New Roses, who appear to have a connection with Landsdown. I can't seem to find out any more about them, as I keep getting drowned in Rose's Lime Cordial and their marmalade all of which is delicious, but not what I have been looking for :)

Many thanks Geoffrey for your post, elsewhere, giving us the code name of PEAdixie. This is all we need to merge the ‘Slim Dusty’ file with the Pearce-bred ‘Orangina’. The Limes Rose Nursery, or was it The Limes New Roses, in Devon, U.K. introduced many of Colin Pearce’s roses.

Landsdale was a member nursery of RIAUS (Rose Introducers of Australia) and RIAUS roses are sometimes hard to identify as their internet sites often do not contain the code names. Labels should give these codes.

You have obviously bought the plant AlpineYve. Was there anything on the label to indicate who the breeder was?
