Origin:
Bred by Unknown (before 1820).
Introduced in France by Jean-Pierre Vibert in before 1820 as 'Estelle'.
Class:
Hybrid Spinosissima.  
Bloom:
Light pink, white shading.  Medium to large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:

Notes:
A spinosissima - damask/portland hybrid. According to Desportes, this rose is synonmous with R. Ventenatiana.
Vibert does not list 'Estelle' as his own cultivar.
