Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1863 as 'Lord Tarquin'.

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  Width: 20" (50cm).

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden or specimen.  Benefits from winter protection in colder climates.  drought resistant.  flowers drop off cleanly.  heat tolerant.  prefers warmer sites.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.
