Perhaps commemorating the Arthur Weidling of Stendal, Altmark, of which (from German Wikipedia, article Weidling-Mühle): The Weidling Mill was a steam roller mill in the Altmark town of Stendal. In 1902, the steam roller mill was founded by Bergmann & Weidling, which in 1907 operated under the name Arthur Weidling alone. In the 1920s, it became the largest flour producer in the Altmark region. [...] After the Second World War, the company was nationalized. The mill was in operation until 1990, when it was privatized and soon shut down.
