For me, this rose is a monster---sprawling, arching, wild 5 ft canes with wicked thorns. It is just like Princess Fairy Tale in growth and downright dangerous thorns! No branching or lateral growth...just flowers clusters at the end of the canes that were so heavy that they lay on the mulch. There is nothing compact about it. Not a pretty plant either. Not suitable for my rose garden.
