Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former)).
Introduced in Czechoslovakia (former) by Gräfin Marie Henriette Chotek in before 1939 as 'Fürstin Esterhazy'.
Class:
China / Bengale.  
Bloom:
Pink to red.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Source: Collection Loubert. A rose under this name bred by Geschwind is not known. This is possibly 'Princesse d'Esterhazy', a hybrid china bred by Hardy - see. Rosarium im Doblhoffpark at Baden near Wien lists 'Fürstin Esterhazy' as a Polyantha-R.chinensis introduced by Gräfin Chotek.
