Notes:
Norah Lindsay (1866 or 1873-1948) was a garden/landscape designer. She is also had a hand in designing gardens at Mottisfont Abbey, Hidecote, Blickling Hall, and Kelmarsh, to name a few. Her daughter Nancy Lindsay is credited with collecting 'Rose de Rescht' from Persia.
