In all probability Paul Pekmez introduced it but didn't breed it. Is there any further information.

In the US Patent, Paul Pekmez speaks of "my creation"

Of course, as a businessman he may have been the owner of the rights to the rose without actually having bred it, but your information is very useful. Thanks.

Stefano Calvino, who collaborated with Pekmez and bred Marlyse, told me that definitely Pekmez was not a breeder!!
Sometime the code of a rose is related both to the breeder and to the owner/editor/introducer. For example Tblchasal, Tblcoudith, Tblcourmagic, Tblcourmyr are introduced by Roses and Roses (Tbl) and bred respectively by Chapman (cha), by Courage (cou). A similar way of assembling the code of a rose could have been used by Pekmez. If this was the case ... PEKcougel, PEKcoujenny, PEKcoujalapp could be introduced by Pekmez (NIRP) and bred by Courage (who wanted his contribution somehow recognized!).

That may vary according to where you grow it. In rose paradises like California or Australia, it could reach five to six feet, or more. Depending also on the care it receives.
