Rose: Miss Ingram.-The credit of this lovely rose is due to Mr. Ingram, of the Royal Gardens at Frogmore. It has been pronounced by the most competent judges to possess first-rate qualities, and the hardiness of its constitution gives it a great advantage over other light-coloured roses, which are generally delicate.
